Adrian Hudrea serves as Head of Information and Communications Technology at Babeș-Bolyai University, where he leads a team of 30 professionals delivering IT&C services to an academic community of more than 55,000 students, faculty members, and staff. In this role, he has been actively driving the university’s digital transformation, leveraging Agile and Scrum methodologies to implement innovative and efficient technology solutions.

Alongside his executive responsibilities, Adrian is a Lecturer within the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences (FSPAC), teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in both English and Romanian. With more than eight years of academic experience, his areas of expertise include Public Management, Organizational Culture, Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Public Marketing.

He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology, a postdoctoral certificate in Public Administration and Public Policy, and a Certificate in Academic Teaching Excellence. Through both his academic and professional work, Adrian is committed to advancing innovation in public institutions and empowering the next generation of leaders and public sector professionals.
