As a co-founder and CBDO of Leanpay, I am passionate about creating a new, easy, and flexible way for people to pay for their purchases on credit. With more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, I have the skills and knowledge to lead and grow a fintech start-up that aims to disrupt the traditional lending market.
My core competencies include strategy, business development, customer relationship management, and team-building. I have successfully led and managed several projects and organizations, from turning around a CEE banking group, to growing the corporate banking business of Unicredit Slovenia, to developing Leanpay from the ground up. I have also served in various non-executive and advisory roles, where I have contributed to the improvement of governance, performance, and culture of different companies. I enjoy coaching and mentoring others, and I am always open to learning and innovation. My goal is to make Leanpay a trusted and reliable partner for customers, merchants, and financial partners, and to expand its reach and impact across different countries and markets.
