Alex Chira is a Romanian public sector leader focused on tourism development and cultural heritage preservation. Since 2022, he has served as General Director of Visit Oradea (APTOR), promoting the city as a key destination. In 2024, he also assumed leadership of the Bihor County Foundation for the Protection of Historical Monuments, enhancing his role in managing Oradea's heritage assets.
